Shinie + Kevin
Here are some photos I took of the candy table Grace and I put together for our dear friends Shinie and Kevin. Aside from having a strong color story, we wanted to give the feel of a candy shop and used lots and lots (and lots) of jars. A huge thanks to Kim who set everything up and was an incredible support throughout the process!

Kevin + Tinwin
Here are some photos I took of the candy table I set up for my dear friends Kevin and Tinwin. I only made some lavender cupcakes with lemon buttercream (probably my most popular wedding flavor) and dipped the marshmallow sticks. The bride and her friend made the cake pops. Grace of course designed the candy bar wrappers and was a huge help as always!
I was also able to flex my flower arranging skills (or lack thereof) yet again, and I was reminded of why I am not a florist. Let's just say that I strongly dislike ranunculus.

Kim + Mike
About a month ago, I started prepping for Kim and Mike's wedding pretty much right off the plane from Paris. Kim was an absolute delight to work with and really just the sweetest bride ever! She's also an extremely creative architect, and designed/drew the invitations and background herself, as well as the hanging decorations. You can check out her description of the wedding on the PW blog, and there are more photos on PW's featured wedding of the week. Once Wed also posted some photos of the wedding on their blog.
Of course, my friend Grace put the table together, and Jess kept the sanity and was a real savior/trooper. I really could not do anything without them! =)
Here's the menu:
Buttermilk panna cotta tart / lemon curd
Mini berry pies with lattice (time-consuming, but so cute it's worth it)
Lavender cupcakes / lemon buttercream
Mascarpone cheesecake / blackberry sage glaze
Chocolate mousse peanut butter bar
Chocolate chip cookies
Oatmeal cookies with cherries and pistachios
White chocolate citrus macadamia cookies
Watermelon (bride's favorite)
Earl gray chiffon cake / orange blossom buttercream (for cutting)

Message in a Cookie
My sister let me borrow her W-S cookie cutters where you can stamp a 2-line message. While it isn't the most well-designed (only alphabet letters and no numbers or symbols, only 3 basic shapes without ability to customize, etc), it is still quite useful and I was able to work around its limitations. I used them to put together a Project Wedding article, and brought them to a bridal shower afterwards for my friend Patty (worked out quite nicely).

Cynthia + Elvin
Cynthia is one of my best friends, so it was definitely a busy fall/winter organizing wedding events and putting together a candy table, let alone normal bridesmaid duties! It was a special day though, and it was a relief that everything came together so well in the end.
I made a few things - the usual truffles, fleur de sel caramels, truffle lollipops, marshmallow lollipops, custom pocky sticks, cookies... you would think a candy table wouldn't cost much compared to a dessert table, but if I had actually bought those things, especially when those caramels will go for $1/piece... man. I would be broke.
The sheet hanging in the back is covering a gigantic TV.
Photos below courtesy of Mike =)
After the jump are a few more photos... they're from Luna Photo, the official photogs for the day. Very bad quality because I don't have the actual files, but I just wanted to share because they captured some great shots that I wasn't able to get from anyone else's camera! They're a super friendly team, and they definitely captured some beautiful photos of Cyn (and Elvin I guess).
