Aside from having a strong color story, we wanted to give the feel of a candy shop and used lots and lots (and lots) of jars. Butterscotch budino, fleur de sel, coffee whipped cream (Ritual Silencio), chocolate shavings

Strawberry champagne trifle (ladyfingers, vanilla pastry cream)

Mascarpone cheesecake, berries tossed in basil lime syrup. Summer's the greatest!
