Morning run in Golden Gate Park, fried chicken sandwich + ginger cookie at Bakesale Betty, a stop by Remedy, latte at Blue Bottle Oakland, baby shower near Jack London, groceries at Berkeley Bowl, chef salad at Intermezzo, ice cream sandwich at Cream... and to top it all off, a lovely evening with a dear friend and a classic.

Big Ideas
Lunch at Outerlands on NYE. So packed, but their bread is tasty and better than waiting for Tartine's and putting up with the tourist mob. We also stopped by the beach and saw some fishermen catching shrimp to use as bait. Apparently they hide in the sand at the shore.
